ABOUT ME

There is a running joke amongst my family and my peers that I am essentially the modern-day Moana.   Being born and raised in Hawai'i, many would assume I spent most of my time riding waves and soaking up the ocean breezes.  And although some of that is true, I almost spent a lot of time trying to discover what wonders were beyond the shoreline.  That's when my passion for learning began.

I have about ten years of experience in the education field, specifically in adult education.  Ranging from a college instructor, program coordinator, and instructional designer. More recently, I worked as a lead instructional systems designer with a government client.​
