LEAD INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS DESIGNER (REMOTE)

  • Led the design and development of comprehensive curricula supporting federal training initiatives and executive mandates.

  • Collaborates with subject-matter experts to determine which topics will be covered in the course  

  • Generates high-quality, engaging content (e.g. assignments, quizzes, discussion forums) within the LMS

ASSOCIATES OF APPLIED SCIENCES PROGRAM COORDINATOR (REMOTE)

  • Conceptualized and spearheaded the implementation of a complete AAS curriculum redesign leading to an increase in program completion rate

  • Oversees all operations within the Associates of Applied Sciences (AAS) Program (12 classes in total) including approving student program changes, academic appeals, and directing overall curriculum evaluations

  • Conducts needs assessments and evaluation to provide administrative and operations support to students, a team of five AAS program instructors, and other related team members
